We use an online system for our screenings which guides the candidate through a series of pages to gain the necessary information, and specifies which, if any, documents they need to upload. It has an intuitive look and is very straightforward to use.
The details supplied by the candidate are then used to conduct a number of checks using open and closed source databases, including credit, right to work and residency. References from previous employers are requested and uploaded within the software, maintaining a fully auditable and efficient workflow.
Reports are available for download at any time and can be tailored to meet the requirements of the client, showing an overview of all open screenings and their status.
